Coolshade Productions have released this track in aid of the Chris Mcguirk Fund. The track which is taking manchester by storm was recorded by their up and coming rapster The Unexpectable and is about the life of the young talented rugby player who broke his neck.
Chris who has been paralysed from the neck downwards since dislocating two vertebrate in a freak accident whilst playing for Salfords De La Salle RUFC in December 2005, will need specialist accommodation as well as specialist equipment and care to give him the opportunity to make the most of a very restricted life.
The fund which has raised in excess of £100,000 has had major backing from major celebrities including: Ryan Giggs, Phil Bardsley, Rugby League legend Adrian Morley, British light middleweight champion Jamie Moore and actor Will Mellor. FC United have played a team of celebrity soap stars, there has been a fun run, Irlam Hornets Rugby League Club reformed and, helped by players from De La Salle and other Salford clubs, played a game against a young team made up of players aged between 16 and 30 from Irlam and Cadishead.
